A king and his mistress

King Henry with his newest mistress, which is Rachel.

You would assume that they were lovers, that she was not his mistress, that she doesn’t have another man’s love. She slowly drifted off into sleep with King Henry’s left arm around her small waist, watching her as he moved his fingers through silk like raven curls. “Rachel, you are now mine. You will stay my mistress, or you may even become my Queen. But you will stay here with me, even if that fool Edward wins, I am still king. And by the time he gets you, you may have my child in you, and you as my queen.” He said to her sleeping form.

“I am all you need now, that you will soon forget about Sir Edward and James Smith.” He continued on as he moved her hair out of her angelic face shinning with afterglow. He then smiled to her as he continued to run his fingers through her hair. He then himself slowly drifted off in his own dreams.
